Refund policy

SoftiFlow is a brand of DIGISOFT LLC. We sell digital 3D print files (STL and 3MF). Nothing is shipped.

30-day refund if the files aren't as described

If what you receive is not what the product page describes, contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund you. For example:

• Files or categories listed on the product page are missing
• Your download links don't work and we can't fix them for you
• You were charged twice for the same order

Refunds go back to your original payment method.

What is not covered

Digital files can't be returned once downloaded, so we don't refund a change of mind or a purchase made by mistake after the files have been downloaded. If a file doesn't print well, email us first: we'll help with settings or send a fixed file where we can.

How to ask for a refund

Email softiflow@gmail.com with the subject "Refund request – Order #(your order number)" and tell us what's wrong. We usually reply within a few hours.
