Welcome to softiflow!
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the softiflow website (the "Site"), our web application, AI-powered coaching bot, and any related services, features, content, or digital products (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

 

Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing the Site, or using any part of the Service, you agree to become bound by these Terms. We may update or modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email, through the Service, or by posting a prominent notice before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

 

Eligibility and Accounts
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service and create an account. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract with softiflow.

Account Information: When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep this information updated.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

 

The Service
Description: The Service includes the softiflow web application providing tools for task management, goal setting, check-ins, and an AI-powered coaching bot, accessible via the Site and potentially other interfaces. The Service may also include the sale of separate digital products.

Modification or Discontinuation: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

Beta Features: We may release features that are still under development ("Beta Features"). Your use of Beta Features is optional and at your own risk. Beta Features may be unstable, may change, or may be discontinued at any time.

 

License to Use the Service
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, softiflow grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your personal or internal business purposes.

 

Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You agree not to use the Service in any way that:

Violates any applicable law or regulation.
Infringes the rights of others, including intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights.
Is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Involves the transmission of viruses or any other harmful computer code.
Attempts to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other user accounts, or computer systems or networks connected to the Service.
Interferes with the proper working of the Service or prevents others from using the Service.
Involves excessive use of the Service that is detrimental to its performance or availability.
Attempts to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover the source code of the Service (except where permitted by law).
Uses the AI bot in a manner that attempts to circumvent its intended purpose, security features, or attempt to cause the underlying AI models to be trained on your data (notwithstanding that we use paid APIs not used for training).

User Content
Ownership: You retain ownership of all content, data, and information that you submit, post, or display through the Service, such as your tasks, projects, goals, check-ins, and chat messages ("User Content").
License Grant to softiflow: By submitting User Content through the Service, you grant softiflow a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, copy, modify, process, and store your User Content solely for the purpose of providing, maintaining, improving, and developing the Service and to ensure compliance with these Terms. This includes the right to use aggregated and anonymized data derived from your User Content for business analysis, service improvement, and development, provided such data cannot identify you personally.
User Responsibilities: You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to submit your User Content and grant the license described above, and that your User Content does not violate this AUP or any third-party right.
